Nozzle Handling Machine

The machine have the functions of automatic handling, automatic cleaning, identification and inspection. Servo drive control system, with high-precision clamping head module, automatic clamping and handling nozzle.

2. Servo drive control system, equipped with high-precision clamping head module, can automatically clamp and handle suction nozzle.

3. High quality industrial CCD up and down vision light source system to assist in accurate positioning and identification.

4. the elastic detector is equipped with FESTO flow sensor detector to accurately check the flow of suction nozzle.

5. The suction nozzle tested OK can be placed in the corresponding storage area according to the model; the suction nozzle tested ng can be placed in ng tray.

6. It has a lifting storage machine, which is driven and controlled by a servo motor, and can store 14 layers of storage disks.

7. The lifting storage machine is designed to be disassembled quickly, which can be separated from the main equipment manually, and the whole group of storage area can be replaced.

8. According to the material demand list of the suction nozzle, the nozzle can be automatically taken from the material storage area to the nozzle station of the mounter by FIFO mode.

9. With the recording function, it can record the log file of each nozzle cleaning and the nozzle model, serial number, ng reason and date of each position in ng tray.

10. It has various anti dead alarm functions suitable for production control.
